2. Eligibility

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and shades may look slightly different on your screen than in real life, and packaging may change from time to time without notice. Product results vary from person to person.

  • If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel or correct the order and inform you

5. Orders and Confirmation

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is confirmed when we contact you by call, SMS, or WhatsApp, or when we dispatch your parcel
  • We may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, incorrect details, unavailable stock, or unreachable customers
  • Please make sure your name, phone number, and address are correct and complete

6. Payment (Cash on Delivery)

Most orders are paid in cash when the parcel is delivered. Please keep the exact amount ready. If you refuse to accept a parcel without a valid reason or repeatedly place fake or unreceived orders, we may block your number from future orders.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times and charges are listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be delayed by courier issues, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please read it before ordering, especially the 3-day window and the unboxing video requirement.

9. Product Use and Safety

  • Read all labels, ingredients, and instructions before use
  • Do a patch test before using any new product
  • Stop use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a doctor
  • Keep products away from children and out of direct sunlight
